Where is the event located?
The DON Success Empowerment Retreat takes place in Pittsburgh, PA. The event venue will be revealed upon ticket purchase.
Can only Directors of Nursing attend?
This event is a place where Directors of Nursing, ADONs, and nurses aspiring to become a Director can recharge, relax, and regroup. It’s a space to be vulnerable and transparent — the content and events are intentionally created for DON and ADON wellbeing and professional development.
Are prices going up?
Yes — these are Early Bird prices for a limited time. General Admission will increase to $277, VIP will increase to $377, and DON CEO will increase to $699.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are offered for all levels except Early Bird General Admission. Please reach out to our team for details.
Can I bring a guest or team member?
Each attendee will need to register and purchase an individual ticket.
What is the refund policy?
All tickets are final. That said, we understand our roles as nurse leaders — if you have an emergency or a DOH visit, you may transfer your ticket to a fellow DON, ADON, or aspiring DON (subject to approval), or apply the ticket value toward a future DON Success event.
What should I bring?
Yourself — ready to disconnect, recharge, and relax. General Admission attendees should bring a computer to access digital workbooks. VIP and DON CEO attendees will receive printed workbooks.
